Draw’n’Talk Therapy

Art has always been a medium that is able to challenge, engage, illicit or provoke something in us.  Creating art yourself or simply observing and enjoying art is relaxing and has the capacity to inspire many people.  However, the benefits of artistic expression go much further than relaxation and enjoyment.  Studies suggest that art in therapy can be very valuable in treating many mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder to name a few.  It is an effective means to express yourself without words and feel relief.

Draw’n’Talk is an opportunity for clients to try and find other ways to express themselves when words are just not there.
