Face to face therapy can help to break down barriers that interfere with emotional and mental well-being.

Draw’n’Talk therapy.

Draw’n’Talk therapy is an opportunity for clients to try and find other ways to express themselves when words are just not there.

Online therapy.

Online therapy is conducted through a web-based platform. Online therapy involves interaction between a therapist and client that is mediated through a digital device.

Walk’n’Talk therapy

As the name suggests, clients will talk with me while walking outdoors rather than sitting or lying down in a therapy room.

Group Therapy helps one realise that they are not alone

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is an interpersonal relationship in which we learn how to grow, live, and love in the spiritual/faith life.
